By consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages from ODD BALLS, including marketing and transactional messages, sent via automated technology, including autodialers or artificial intelligence.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1-844-982-3068. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP or email hey@oddballsfunguy.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ODD BALLS from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
